How to Browse for a Location

HOW TO BROWSE FOR A LOCATION

In this video you will learn how to browse locations to see if a space is available. 

To browse for a location click on locations on the left side of the screen.   The information will then display on the right side of the screen.

At the top select the date you wish to check. 

Click on add/remove locations. 

A new window will open.  Check each building that applies and click update locations. 

The list of rooms will display on the left side of the screen.   The number next to each room is the max capacity for the room.  The capacity may be less depending on how the room is set up.   

Select the room that you want to check, you will then have a pop up screen with general information about the room (room details, setup types, images and availability).  Click the Close button when finished.

You will also see a calendar to the right of the room list.  The gray boxes mean that an event is already taking place during that time.

The smaller boxes connected to the event indicate the prep and cleanup time for the event.

If you click on a box a new window will open with information about the event that is already scheduled.  

The white boxes indicate a space is open.

Once you have found an opening you can request a location.
